where does one find a market that has them?
Hi, Arriving in Milan June 2014 and hope to stay in Portofino & Cinque Terre. What are the prettiest coastal villages to see and stay on my way to Rome?
I will be looking to pick up two separate sets/collections of olive wood kitchen utensils as gifts and do not wish to pay a fortune.
Do any of the Flea Markets offer them for sale and which Flea Markets would give me the best opportunities for finding them? Also, would this be the best and least expensive way to acquire them? I will also be in Florence and Rome for a number of days if one knows of greater savings that would be available in those areas. We are talking about collecting 6-10 utensils per set; mix/match and of a fairly good quality. What type of prices would we be talking about?
Any help or advice would be appreciated; in advance, Thank you

I am about to head to Milan on Friday but need to travel to Interlaken on the 17th with last minute scrambling. I have been trying to book a train on Trenitalia but no luck. I assume it will be easy to buy my tickets this weekend in Milan correct? We are planning to take the Milan-Spezie-Interlaken Ost route...although we are open to a more scenic route provided it's not overly long? Suggestions welcome.

Hi everybody!! I will be in Milan 6 hours in my trip from Genoa to Bologna (because the train has a stop in Milan). I know that Milan is a big city but I would like just to to spend a little time there. To see the Duomo and walking around the city center and have a coffee. My question is: It is posible to see a little part of Milan in 5 or 6 hour? How to go from the train station to the city town? A lot of thanks for any advice!!
How probable is it that a plane, hopefully, landing at 10.35 at Malpensa T2 will allow me enough time to catch a train at 12.20 in Milano Centrale?

Can we fit all three in one day? Or is it too exhausting? The best way to do it is go by train to Varenna then the boat to the other two, then back by train from Como to Milan?
We'll be traveling to Milan next week and I'm a bit worried from what I read about theft at the station and inside trains. Apparently we will constantly keep an eye on our belongings but I'm nervous because we'll be using that station a lot since we'll arrive from Bergamo, with two large suitcases and handbags, and from there to La spezia and cingue terre (and back). Travelers say thieves grabbed their luggage from the train and disappeared! Isn't there any police presence at all? Are they on holiday too? :)))))
i will travel to milan and after 2 days i will depart for padova by train. My questions are.
1. i have bought the train tickets online with frecciabianca but i didn't choose the option "ticketless". Do i have to go somewhere in the station with the copy of the purchase and take my ticket? where exactly shall i go?
2. For the other cities i will visit i have chosen the "ticketless" option. Can i get on the train just with the copy of the purchase and my ID?
3.When i filled in my name while bying online i didn't write down my ID number. Do you think i wii have any problem? What shall i do?
4.If i want to get a regional train to venice from padova where should i ask for a ticket? Can i do it from the train station in milan? is there any possibility not to find tickets for regional trains one day before? what shall i do? Thank you in advance.
