Good, cheap, English speaking hair salon in Milan??

Hello! I am going to Milan for 4 days and would like to get my hair dyed at a hair salon while I'm the fashion capital of Europe! I have black Asian hair (currently dyed light brown) and would like to dye it blonde! Does anyone know any good salons around the centre of Milan that I could visit during my trip? My budget is about EUR 70-90! English-speaking salons are preferred because me speak no italiano! :) Grazie! Dee
