PopHouse B&B?????

Hello travel pals& Milaneses! does anyone heard about PopHouse B&B in Milano ( Via Menabrea 13)? I've checked all the hostel sites and i can see it everywhere ,but no reviews available at all for just this hostel for some reason.. its good location as i can see,and pictures are nice and etc...but its too risky going there without verifying some living people who actually heard/stayed at this place... i'll appreciate any help...(otherwise ill just book at the Lugano hotel...) Thanx!
