Winter Lodge in South/West Michigan?

Hi I'm trying to plan a winter (December) long weekend getaway from Chicago. We'd like to go somewhere driving distance (3 hours or so) that is a lodge vibe, and IS NOT a family style/water park spot. Can anyone recommend anywhere in the South/West area of Michigan that might fit the bill? We'd love somewhere scenic w/fireplaces a nice restaurant, etc. Thanks in advance!!
