hotel qdvice please

I'm looking for a decent hotel i Miami to stay for about 5 nights next october. As we have 2 small kids (aged 5 and 3) with us, the main concern is that it's clean ... Does anyone have any experience with "Riu Florida Beach" ? It came recommended, but I've read some terrible reviews ... and some good ones ... So I'm not so very sure anymore ... Thanks for the help ! Jessika
