Ocean Front Hotel??

I have been looking for an ocean front Hotel with a Balcany. I stayed there last year in a place called the Deauville. AWESOME price, Rooms weren't bad, not like awesome rooms, but not bad. I am looking for a different hotel to try. The Deauville oceanfront room seems to be about250/night. Anyone know if there is a similar priced room in the area.350/night or less would be great. I would want that to be ocean front, with a balcany. Not across the street from the ocean...
