Visiting Mexico City and Manzanillo DEC20 - 03JAN

Hi! I'll be visiting Mexico City and Manzanillo, Colima between 20DEC - 03JAN and would like to hear if anybody can recommend any unique or particular events going on during this time in Mexico City or Manzanillo? I'm thinking about Christmas markets, shows, foods, cultural events or any other fun stuff. I've been to Mexico City before and have done some of the regular tourist stuff, but would like to see really special and unique places and events which maybe only the locals tend to go to. Any tips, suggestions, links, etc are appreciated :) Chris
