Meteora in April? Please, advice

Hi! Going for the first time to Meteora (and Greece also), in a first half of April. What kind of weather to expect? Except of monasteries, is some simple trecking (say, around Vikos gorge) is already possible? Help, anyone!

    Wether will be good but not surprise of is rainning. Go to see the Theopetra (Godstone) cave. Is a village. Trecking activities is easy to find by many ofices there.
