I'd like to take my family out to Tindari. And I understand it's not far. But I don't know the best way to contact/contract with a taxi driver who only wants a half day fare (and feels like working on Sunday). A late lunch in a village on the way back, maybe. This is MY anti-crowd, anti-Taormina notion -- we will be exhaustively covering Pompeii just days before. I'm eagar to hear all opinions. thanks.
Many taxis and taxi vans throughout the city. They line up at the ports for arriving cruise ships, as well.
