MEL Airport Hotel

Just wanted to get some feedback on "Best Western Airport Motel & Convention Centre Melbourne" and "Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport". Which one is a better option? Room rates are same for both the hotels I have a one night stay in MEL, before catching a flight to CHC Thanks
