Hello! I haven't been able to get permission to transit the Corinthian Canal but my map shows what is probably a river from Alepochori to Megara of about 17Km. Does this river exist? Is it kayakable in September? The satellite picture just shows a brown streak. Is it dry? or just muddy. Thanks so much!
No way. You definately need a better map. Few, if any, rivers will have significant water in September.

Ditto! The only thing I've seen in these dried-up streams, is garbage! If there is ever 'water' it is in the spring time or after a big rain. Only rivers with water are in Northern Greece as far as I know.
