kurtas are indian clothing right so don`t know about that one but generally good quality Arabic abayas are expensive in saudi but i `m sure you `ll find cheap ones in the souks as well as cheap subcontinent clothing too.

the cheapest may be around 50 riyals, while there is no upper limit when you are in Saudi...
