    I've yet to have ridden in a bus anywhere in the world that provided car seats so I'd be very surprised if they do. The same would apply to taxis. If this is of real concern for you, I'd strongly advise bringing your own seat for your child.

    No they don't have a kids car seat in any of the buses in Medina even SAPTCO the government buses don't have them. You can buy one for your kid if you really need one.
