Taxi / Transfer costs from Jeddah Airport to Makkah?

HI All, I will be arriving at Jeddah Airport in Ramadhan and was wondering the transfer / taxi costs I should expect to pay for me and my wife for the following journeys. 1. Jeddah Airport to Makkah hotel 2. Makkah hotel to Medinah hotel 3. Medinah Hotel to Jeddah Airport If anyone has experience of costs for the above journeys during Ramadhan I would appreciate their advice. Thanks in Advance
