Mbarara - Kibale National Park by bus

I'm told that there is a bus service operated by Kinoy Boys from Mbarara direct to Kibale national park, leaving Mbarara at 1300 every day. Can anyone confirm this and tell me where in Mbarara the bus departs ? Is this a reliable service ?
