It's also known as Pin Oo Lyin/Pin U Lyin. It's a former British hill station and it takes about an hour from Mandalay on a share taxi. Well worth a visit. Highly recommend the Dahlia guesthouse. Send me a message if you want to know more since I've visited several times in the past 3 years.
