Is the Lagoon turquoise?

Something I forgot to ask - I have read somewhere that because the hotel is situated in a lagoon the water is not quite so pristine and turquoise as it is on the reef beaches like at the Residence. As you can see, I am trying to compare the relative merits of Le Residence and Constance LPM. Thank you for any advice you could provide.
