Old Lahaina House?

I wonder if any Maui experts out there might be able to assist. I am looking for some pleasant, reasonably priced accomodation on Maui. I have found Old Lahaina House. oldlahaina.com. (Sorry, links are a bit advanced for me). From it's site, it looks perfect, and the prices are certainly very reasonable. However, I am unable to contact either by e-mail, or by phone. Does anybody have any knowledge? Is the property perhaps closed down? Any help would be gratefully received Best regards to all
