one way ticket from masbate to manila( air line)

I will be arriving by boat from one of the other islands, not sure when , but would like to leave masbate at the very latest , the 11th of Dec very early. How soon should I reserve this flight, and which airline, how long and how much is the flight?

there is no known commercial airport in Masbate. Take the ferries/boat/ships instead.

Oh sorry for that, there is a commercial airport in Masbate but PAL has stopped flying in/out. Not also a destination with other budget airlines
