Please tell me what the accomodations were like. I understand that it was refurbished after a fire last year. Did they redo all of the rooms? Thanks for any info. Chris

Just back from Kenya last week. Stayed at Keekorok for 2 nights - it was excellent! From what I see, the refurb was to the main reception area, restaurant and bar etc. We were last there 11 years ago. Our room was superb, with nice furnishings, linens etc. It was by far the best lodge of our entire trip. We would stay there for a week with no problem at all. You'll definately like it. Have fun!
