What are the buses like now?

      Malta May 25, 2013 at 11:34 AM

We are travelling to Malta in a couple of weeks and this will be our second visit. Last time we loved the quirky old yellow buses and the fares were really cheap! Has anyone got a comparison with how they are now? Are the fares still very reasonable? Are the services much the same? We will be in Bugibba again, which has its own bus station, and not all journeys went-through Valletta. Is that much the same also? Many thanks!

Hi, I have booked a holiday to Malta for 9 days in August. I wish to travel to the south and Marsaskala on Saturday 25th. I will stay for 6 days. Can you tell me the best way to get there by local bus sometime in the early evening. Also where should I visit to see some history, and of course a nice Beach to swim and relax. Thank you Annieg
