Hi Does anyone know if there is a public bus service running from the centre of Marrakech to or near the murano oriental resort. Thanks
The Murano is located in the Palmeraie (a kind of suburb of Marrakech) making it a place in the hustle and bustle of the city, but requires you to take a hotel organized shuttle to the center of town. Count about 15 minutes per trip and 10 € the trip (ie € 20 round trip). This is not very inconvenient to use, we had to wait for the shuttle once. But we understood, the Murano is more suitable for people who want to relax while being able to still go for a ride into town if they wish, not to go for a drink at a terrace of Marrakech on a whim. The gardens are exquisite and very well maintained. Roses abound everywhere along with the local palms and assorted other flora.
