am off in the morning to Marrakech, I havent arranged any trnsport from the airport!! do I get a petit taxi or try for the bus my hotel is in the new town opposite the university and have been informed the number 1 bus goes there. Any advice welcomed am travelling on my own. thanks
The airport bus stops at Djmma el fna from there you can take a petite taxi or the No.1 bus. Alternatively you can alight at the train station and take a petite taxi, shouldn't cost anymore than 25dh, Probably less but you will have luggage and look like you've just arrived. If you take a petite taxi from the airport you will need to haggle for a good price, Last time I paid 80Dh. The Number 1 bus can be very crowded at peak times. I hope that helps
