Any recommendations or pans on a fishing outfitter?

Looking for a recommendation or a warning regarding hiring an outfitter for "flats" fishing. I have done some online looking but was wondering if someone actually knows or used this service. Looking for my trip April 12th, 2008 and on. Thanks
