I have also been looking in to Motels in PCB. Have you been to www.tripadvisor.com. The reviews on Sandpiper are horrible. I quickly decided against it. I did not study Siesta, but I'm sure you'll find something on it. Also, another helpful site was www.thebeachloversbeach.com There you'll find a complete listing of all the motels/condo's in the area plus some other useful info. Good luck with your search. We finally decided on the Days Inn, but we're not going down until October.
