How do I go about getting a taxi from Maputo Airport till Xai Xai? Will a taxi service be available from the airport?
Taxis are waiting outside the airport terminal. Since Xai Xai is far away I think you have to settle the price first. An option is to take the taxi to downtown and then change to a chapas (minibus) to Xai Xai. The Taxi price is 350 metacais (14 USD) to Maputo downtown, but it is possible to bargain that price.
