First, does anyone know of an inexpensive car rental place in Tunis or Hammamet? The ones I have seen online are outrageous. Second, I rented an apartment in Hammamet and I'm curious if anyone knows of it or has stayed there before. The address of it is khereddine pacha hammamet nord near von hôtel le khalife. I have my last day in Tunis, but my flight will depart from Tunis at 15.35, so can I have a-few-hour visit in Dougga (depart from Tunis by louage then taxt and must come back to Tunis city center around 12.30 before heading to the airport)?

One more question, on my first day, I will arrive Tunis about noon (12.00), so is the rest of the day enough to visit all tourist attractions in Tunis such as medina, museum, etc (not including surburb like carthage or sidi bou said which I plan to go on the next day)?
