All SM malls have a money exchange within the SM Department Store. You will notice somewhat of a bank counter and an electronic sign with all the current rates for currency exchange. They seem to always be within 1PHP of XE.com rates. Good luck!

If anywhere in Ermita, Manila at EDZEN Money Changer on the bayside/sunset side of Mabini Street near corner of Salas Street. This money changer offers the best rate for secondary currencies but if they fail to to change one of the 3 currencies then check one of many Muslim money changers nearby

In addition to flipicaneze's tip, make sure to bring with you an ID or your passport when you exchange at SM Malls.

Yep I agree with Danes, you can find SM (mall) easily. Just ask anyone how to get there.

In the Ermita area of manila, on Mabini Street not far from Padre Faura you will find several money changers. Touts will hit you up on the street with claims for the "best rate" from their particular money changer. If you are in this area you have nothing to lose by by checking rates.
