I will be travelling to Mangalore. Please advice on hotels (budget max USD150@night. What is the weather in late November.
the weather will be cool in nov as its winter time,but being a sea side city the days will be warm. there are lots of hotels around your budget, on the lower end there is hindustan hotel just behind the bus stand, its value for money, check it out

Hi, The weather in Mangalore will be pleasant in November. I am sure you'll have no complains whatsoever in terms of the weather affecting your trip. Talking about hotels there are many good hotels to look out for in Mangalore. Some of them are close to the railway station. Ginger Hotel is a nice option to try out for. The service and staff is very courteous and nice. You may also look for youth hostels.

$150 is probably the most one would pay in Mangalore. The Taj Manjarun is one option and Goldfinch is another, i would go for Goldfinch, as its better location(center of the city) Weather would be good, like how Goa would be in November.

Most welcome! Mangalore is known for its culinary - seafood, beef & pork....check out "Mangala" its close to Kankanady Retreat house. Goldfinch too has few good restaurants and there's this place called "Gajilee" awesome seafood, its close to the Deer park.
