New years eve, manchester

Hi there, I am looking for a nice bar/restaurant to go to for new years. The kind of thing i've seen is cafe rouge which has a set menu followed by live music and breakfast buffet for 40 quid but if anyone has any other suggestions then I would like to know where and how much? Thanks Graham
