Is the amazon riders anaconda 10 day tour good?

It seems cheap and the itinary looks really interesting. I'm an 18 year old teenager on a budget, the amazon if my dream destination since I was 9 and read Journey to the river sea by Eva Ibbotson. Also, how much approximately would a return flight cost from Rio--->Manaus?
