MANAUS TO SURINAME

Hey guys, I'll be travelling down to Manaus from Peru and Bolivia and need to make my way to Suriname after that for a medical internship. Been looking for travel possibilities but at the moment it seems pretty impossible. If anyone has any good ideas please let me know!! Cheers Justin
