transport from airport to city center

Dear members, Is there any other form of transport from Manado airport to the city center besides the metered taxis? I think the metered taxis will be exhorbitant. Also, what else is there to do in Manado if you're not game into diving & snorkelling? TQ BTW, I'm going on 10th april, 2009.

    Hello What makes you think the metered taxi's are exorbatant, it's the unmetered taxis that will take you for an exorbitant ride. Metered taxis have a fixed rate, and you can easily see what you are paying.

    I am thinking more like a public transport, such as a bus or a local mini bus.
