We are arriving for a holiday on 24 June 2008 (San Juan). I believe this is a public holiday so will the buses be running as usual or will we have to make alternative arrangements? Our flight will be landing at 16.25. If the buses are running normally, can anyone tell me how far it is from the bus station to Quintasol hotel (Passieg Maritim) and directions from the bus station if possible please? Is it too far to walk or should we get a taxi? Not been to this resort before and really looking forward to it so any advise/suggestions at all would be gratefully received. Thanks
Hi, It looks like you are out of luck for the 24th. or any other day for that matter, there are only 2 busus per day from the airport to Malgrat at around 8h30 and 13h00.Your best bet is : bus at 18h30 from the airport to BLANES and from there get a taxi to Malgrat. Probably the cheapest way as Blanes is the next town up from Malgrat. Bus takes around 50 mins plus taxi time, could be at the hotel for dinner ... Try and check at bus station if this timing is correct for the 24th as the timetable on the site finishes that day. Gerona airport bus station : 972.20.24.32
