The Haven, Maldives

My wife and I will be going to the Maldives at the end of this month and it's gonna be our first time! I found there is a very new resort... which is called the Haven. I then later realized that it is actually kinda extension of the Paradise Island Resort, and some of the Haven's Water Villas are actually renovated Water Bungalows from the Paradise Island?! Is this true? Can someone here tells me more about this and have you ever stayed in these 2 resorts? Cheers, Vic
