Hia Im flying into Verona Brescia in the middle of june, on my own, and need to get to Malcesine, I hear its possible to catch a train from the aiport to verona and catch a bus outside the train station to Malcesine, is this right? I can't find any useful and clear info on the net anywhere. I have never been before and have no idea of my around, any help much appreciated. Cheers, Macca
Hi, from Verona/Brescia airport (Montichiari, about 60 km from Verona and 20 from Brescia) you have shuttle bus to Brescia railway station, from there a train to Verona (about 50 minutes, trains are running 2 or 3 per hours) and the bus to Malcesine in front of the railway station in Verona. look at http://www.trenitalia.com/en/index.html aeroportobrescia.it/en/come-... apt.vr.it/orari/index_orari.... for buses, only in italian Malcesine line no. 62 and / or 64 Ask your hotel or camping in Malcesine for more info about special shuttles or other solutions Ciao Giorgio
