New Years Eve in Madrid

Firstly I’m trying to decide on the best club to go to on the 31st. Ideally a place that’s got a cool trendy vibe without being a huge venue like Joy, also something that isn’t really expensive and full of footballers. I presume like in London you have to pre book club tickets for New Years Eve to guarantee you’ll get entry. If this is the case where do you get the tickets from? Lastly what’s the deal with the metro will it shut down all night, if so what’s the best way round the city? All help and suggestions appreciated. Cheers
