Has Funchal recovered after the mud, don't know if it would be better to stay away?
As I can see from webcams - some restoration works are continued on the beach near quai madeira-web.com/camera/cam-0... and beer garden is operating now. After the flooding I spoke to the landlords of quinta I stayed before and they told that in their district (between Monte and centre) everything is o'k.
