2 Weeks In Madagascar

Hi, I am planning to go to Madagascar for 2 week during November, and I need some help planning an itinerary.... Ideally I would like to spend a week in or around Nosy Be as I am a keen scuba diver... (do you know if the diving is better in Ifaty or Nosy Be??) For the other week I would like to see some other things, including the Lemur, rainforest etc... Can someone suggest an itinerary that takes me from Tana to Nosy Be.. so I can see all the Madagascar has to offer.. Thanks.
