Hello, Has anyone stayed in either Tambuli East Wing or Cebu Beach Club? Which one would you prefer? Are there any budget resorts in Mactan Island? Any info will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Been to Tambuli, nice staff and people, but the place is just a bit too old and worn down. In my opinion, Mactan is really getting pretty crowded. There are some budget places for scuba divers around the Maribago Bluewater resort. Also stayed at Mari Cielo resort(near Tambuli and Shangri La) many years ago, nice place when it was new. tripadvisor.com/ShowUserRevi...
