Living in Maastricht

Hi, I will be coming to Maasticht in the first weeks of August for work and am currently trying to find flatshares on the net. I'm looking for somewhere close to/within easy access of Avenue Ceramique. Plus could someone give me some info on the cost of living here and accomodations costs ? Thanks for your help !!
