Want to rent an apartment with garden in Lviv

I want to find an monthly rent apartment with a little garden, either in street level or in R/F, apartment and garden need to be connected. Is it easy to find near city center? If not, 5-10km from city center is OK. Anybody knows? Thanks a lot
