Drive from Lugansk to Donetsk

Is it safe to drive from Donetsk to Lugansk? Is it an easy ride in terms of not getting lost or is it confusing for a non russian speaking person? THanks.

    Are you driving yourself or are you taking a cab? You only have to follow the LUHANSK signs.... NO danger at all, if you follow our traffic rules...
