Never heard of it. That building belongs to a bank and there is no plaque saying that it also houses a travel agency. Besides, I have never seen or heard any advertizing (TV, newspapers or billborads) of that "company" "Travel Fast Tourist Agency" they should have a plaque at the entrance of 39 Sovetskaya street (a bank building): there is none! Have you ever heard of an agency renting a room of a bank? Come on, mate, forget all about it... >>> Lugansk, Ukraine 91050 -- this is an area code of an eastern block. Why here, downtown? +380932432611 === this is humor or what? it's a mobile phone number... no agency is authorized to use a mobile phone number as its contact phone... travelfast2007@hotmail.com ==== it's an international (impersonal so to say) email address. An agency would have a Ukrainian or a Russian email as a part of its web site. Is that enough to forget about some local scammers...?

"Travel Fast Tourist Agency" - I can see several legitimate travel agencies on my way downtown, but they mainly deal with local tourists heading for holidays abroad...
