Hey, heading to LP in a few days (Feb 21) and just wondering if anyone knows if the slow boats that leave from Huay Xai leave everyday? and how much they cost these days? Any recommendations on boat names or companies would be great as well. thanks in advance

As far as i know they leave every day at the same time (11 or 12 am not sure). The tickets that are sold from Chiang mai (that include the bus) are sold for 800 baht or so. Just make sure that you cross the border on time since the boat can fill up quite fast at this time of the year...
