I have never been to Crested Butte. Will be there in 2 days (June 28th). Confused by low temps. Don't know how to pack or what people wear there.

      Colorado Jul 3, 2014 at 10:32 AM

Hello! We are planning a sightseeing trip to Colorado in mid to late September, and wanted some advise/suggestions on a travel route and itinerary. We would love to see some fall foliage. Will these dates work for that? Some of the places we would like to visit are RMNP, Maroon Bells, Black Canyon, Ouray, Pike's Peak, and Leadville. Are there others that you would suggest? What would be the best itinerary? I just don't want to make our travel days so "full" that we are rushed to get to the next spot! Thanks so much!

thanks for your responses. we are in the process of deciding if we'll be moving to the area, our deadline is this weekend.
I didn't realize that Louisville was ranked so high in the best places to live...that's great!

      2 other questions:

1.are there any preschools in Louisville that have a 2 year old program? something like 2-3 hrs once or twice/week.
      2. are there any organizations for stay at home moms out there? MOMs club or MOPS or anything?

    • How small

by delpennalum Online Now Jan 10, 2007 at 6:37 PM

How much of a small town is Louisville? Are there very many neighborhoods to live in? does it have many grocery stores, malls, movie theatres? It sounds like it has the fun outdoor hikes component...I'm wondering if it could be liveable for me (I'm used to city(not big)/suburban living), I've never lived anywhere that would be considered a small town.
