thanks for your responses. we are in the process of deciding if we'll be moving to the area, our deadline is this weekend. I didn't realize that Louisville was ranked so high in the best places to live...that's great! 2 other questions: 1.are there any preschools in Louisville that have a 2 year old program? something like 2-3 hrs once or twice/week. 2. are there any organizations for stay at home moms out there? MOMs club or MOPS or anything?

Another idea would be to try the craigslist.org and go to that area....should have information on groups there :) I have a feeling there are plenty of clubs that you are seeking Good luck!

If you don't mind a short drive west, Boulder has a great preschool called First Presbyterian Co-op Preschool which has a program for 2 1/2 year olds. I believe there is a one day and a two day program and the days are from 9 am to 11:30am. There is also a MOPS program at the same location.
