In marina del Rey check out the oakwood apts. They are more long term but give it a shot....

They have corporate apartments near my apt - I don't know if they are more long-term or for only 2-3 weeks - they are called Citrus Suites and they are located right behind Casa del Mar Hotel in Santa Monica. I've never been inside them, but I know they have parking and allow dogs! :)
