Help!! We are celebrating Valentine's day today, and I mis-scheduled things by an hour. We will get out of the theater a bit after 4:00, and dinner is not until 5:30 at Sir Winston's on the Queen Mary. Any advice on what to do for that extra hour? (She has seen the Miller Gardens, and casinos do not interest her ) Please post by 4:00PM today, and I can read it on my cell phone. Thanks.
How about a walk around Shoreline Village overlooking Rainbow Harbour. A nice walk and a few interesting stores to see. Little exercise before dinner. You can also have a drink at the Yardhouse Bar which features among other things the largest selection of draft beers in the world.

Not sure of their hours on Sundays but the Long Beach Art Museum is nice - it's in a historic house (belonged to Fatty Arbuckle) and it overlooks the water. Before or after visiting the museum you can walk along Bluff Park - it'll be chilly but at sunset it should be absolutely gorgeous.

Thanks,folks. As it turned out, the play started late, intermission was longer than planned, and the parking lot was one lane exit for hundreds of cars, so we just made it to dinner on time with a leisurely drive along the ocean.
