I have some friends flying into Gatwick South soon and they wish to catch the "National Express" to London's Victoria coach station. Never having used the buses can anyone tell me exactly where the ticket office is to buy tickets for their journey? I know you can buy on line but they don't have that option.
The ticket offices are for the South terminals is in the arrivals travel centre and (apparently) the 'lower forecourt area'. nationalexpress.com/coach/ai... The second map for the South Terminal here: gatwickairport.com/Documents... has the 'travel centre'/Nat Ex ticket place marked.

J (leics) is spot on factually as usual. I live in London and use all five airports pretty regularly and I do find Gatwick to have probably more staff on duty than the others. Should your friends go astray, and it is possible in an airport with two terminals, they should be able to find a member of staff or police officer with no problem. I don't know where your friends are from but tell them to be quite happy about approaching workers in the airport. Anyone who works there will have half an idea and most will be happy to help.
